You say latecomers, I say families with young kids making spontaneous last minute decisions to take their kids to a Hearts match (maybe for the first time) being priced out of attending. I have £30 credit from the Dundee game and, after next week that will more than double. There must be many more, like me, who won't manage these games and the money will be lost.
