Suits all ages and fitness levels, I am probably the oldest there (66) and I can manage it so anyone can. Venue: Tynecastle Park, Community Pitch. Great bunch of lads and mixed ability. Sessions are £4.20 but need to be booked in advance as we’re limited to 28 players per session. If anyone is interested, just pm me and I’ll get in touch.
