periodictabledancer Posted March 6 Share Posted March 6 Is anyone having issues with Chrome ? I'm constantly being asked to log in with PIN/Password. NEVER had this before. Browsing history has disappeared. I can't log into Twitter on my Kindle Fire because it won't accept my phone no, but will accept my email ID BUT not the password which I've just reset !! and it works on my Chrome Book. I can't access Password Manager in Chrome because it's asking for a pasword (no clue what it is, so can't get in to see the passwords *) even though I've already had to log into Chrome on booting up. Loads of people with same issues , loads of people not getting answers (on constant need to log in), even Chrome's own support doesn't help get it resolved including references to fixes that don't even exist in my version. Watt-Zeefuik Posted March 6 Share Posted March 6 Google is now doing extra harvesting of Chrome history and usage. I used it for a long time but I've ditched it and gone to Firefox. Aside from the learning curve of things being just a little different, it's been seamless and I've come to like the current iteration of Firefox a good bit better than Chrome. redjambo Posted March 6 Share Posted March 6 Just yesterday, Chrome started logging me straight out of my gmail account when I log in, saying that it is unable to sync. I don't have sync switched on.
