They might have it on, of course! Personally, I’d try the casinos. There will be English games on but not much other competition in terms of sports to fill the multiple screens at that time. Depends on if the rights holder (CBS, I think?) are broadcasting it. I suspect there will be a local Rangers supporters club so worth googling. Just ask the guy behind the bar to select the right channel and game for you. Avoid any Rangers supporters venues. I made the mistake of going to the Stardust Hotel (now demolished) sports bar on the Strip years ago to watch a Hearts v Rangers game.
