I think it's a bit of an arban myth! We started badly in the Aberdeen game, but if you look at the first 15 of most of our games, we're the team who start and press and get in good positions. We just seem to lack that final ball or finish until the second half for some reaoson! Not sure what that's all about! Posted this the other day, the general theme has been start pretty strong, give out that feeling of goal is coming... lose a goal, kind of lose momentum til half-time. Come out shake it off, win. Defo weird. But imo not a case of starting slow. What we do have in Forrest, Oda and Vargas is a great wee combo of wear them down, finish them off between the three of them over the 90 mins. Try control proceedings but mostly just conserve energy & let the opposition tire themselves out 1st half before 2nd half get after them more aggressively as the fitter side?
