Very impressed with this article, with the way he conducted himself during the Phil O'Donnell period and with the way he got Motherwell playing. Spot on Jim, McGhee states the OF dont need refs help because they have the money to buy the best players. Thats true, problem is, the still get the refs help, fans of every single SPL club outwith the OF know this. Spellczech Posted July 13, 2008 Share Posted July 13, 2008 I think he would have been a great choice of manager for Hearts, but I cannot help thinking that exactly like Burley would?ve, he would have jumped ship as soon as one of the OF came in, as they inevitably would have, to try to wreck any revival.
