Oh man! It was a few years ago.

Basically, any draft beer will be excellent in Poland, if you see Debowe give it a shot, one of my favourites is Lech on draft.

Enjoy Zakopane, I loved it, try the big kebabs on skewers and you have to try Soplica shots!

Edit, I'm fairly sure that there are a couple of regional beers that were excellent.

Tried both Debowe and Lech last night; like nectar compared to the local drivel served back home.

Away for a hike today in local mountains but vodka tasting booked for tonight.

In Poland I used to deliberately mispronunce that. "Right boys, I'm going up to the bar for a letch".

It was purely for comedic purposes, I'd always come back with a Tyskie or Zywiec instead...a joke's a joke,  but you've still got to enjoy the beer! 🤠

Lech > Zywiec > Tyskie

IMO...

Ooft, it's been a few years,  but Lech was always a struggle for me. Could have been I was always already guttered by the time I got onto it 🤠

My best ever pint was actually a bottle of beer rather than a pint.

I was working in France in 1994 and it was seriously hot. I was putting big tents up on a campsite.

A French lady gave me a freezing cold bottle of ‘33’ lager, I absolutely knocked it back. So refreshing. Think she was quite tidy as well.

Yeah i'm absolutely done in. Sweating buckets on way up but fantastic scenery and got plenty pics of Rysa, Poland's highest peak. Cancelled vodka tasting and in an early kip!

Zakopane is incredible and I feel your pain re Morskie Oko, so beautiful, enjoy the rest of your stay.

Not a pint, but Mrs KvC brought this he from the local Polish shop.

Infused with cannabis might be right up @Smithee street

Interesting flavour, definite aftertaste of the weed.

It's name is supposed to be the sound you make when taking a draw on your joint.

Ksake it won't let me upload the photo...the beer is called, Buh

:icon14:  Three Hop from Caledonian was similar and also great, but I don't think they brew it any more.

No, I only managed half bottle, the rest of which I gave to the Mrs, who unbelievably thought it was "nice".

I was at a festival years ago and we were drinking the aldi version of Stella in cans. It was absolutely amazing warm. It tasted like sherbert.
