Costanza Posted June 8, 2022 Share Posted June 8, 2022 In the excellent nothingelseon twitter account (basically screengrabs of old NME and Melody Maker) the latest issue has Mark E Smith saying he was a Hearts fan which I'd heard mentioned but never seen actually confirmed before. I am a big Fall fan and I read this somewhere many years ago and it made my day. I think it came up when Mark was living not far from Easter Road and was asked in an interview if he had been going to see Hibs and he said he had not and that if anything his Scottish football allegiance was to Hearts due to the Arthur Mann connection.
