I think Vlad likes him (otherwise he would not have appointed him) and he will get those lazy bassa's working. Vlad is on a last chance saloon with Csaba, so he needs to give him time and space. I think there's still an element of Vlad's input. Csaba has agreed to look at Vlads players from his scouting network, but he has the final say. I feel good about this guy, been given several assurances from people 'Within' that makes me feel 10 times better about the managerial situation.
