The reason for not having Robbo in there is that the vast majority of our best defenders have been Scottish - whereas we've had quite a few quality foreign strikers. The other thing is when I was thinking about this team the nationality I was really scratching my head to think of someone from for this team was England. Andy Driver is the only one I can think of who would get near this team. The great Jimmy Wardhaugh was from Berwick which I suppose is English - by force of arms, at least. Out of that lot Pereira makes the rest look half decent. I still cannot fathom how he's been on Man U's books for so many years. In fairness Beslija wasn't that bad.
