Mackay-Steven 5? Never done a thing of note in the game and on more than one occasion reminded me of why I always thought he was never up for a battle.

Weakened Offender

Out of 10

Gordon - 6. Great save from the pen but certainly didn't look like the best keeper in the country today.

Smith - 2. Rubbish.

Kingsley- 3. Very poor.

Berra - 3. As above.

Halkett- 2. Honking

Irving - 6. Started well but was soon dragged down to the level of those around him.

Halliday - 0. Just **** off to YouTube please you fraud.

Frear - 0. Just **** off, you tube.

Mackay-Steven - 4. Disappointing.

Naismith - 3. Fancy turning up some time?

Boyce - 4. Just isn't interested in the Championship matches which is a real shame because a) he can actually score goals when he is interested and b) he's our only ****ing striker.

Walker - 1. Why is he still here?

Ginnelly - 4. Can he start please?

Poepescu - 1. Jesus.

Today was a huge day for the supporters. The performance was disgusting. Losing 3 matches out of 12 in this league is not a good look Robbie. Act now or bolt.

One of the weakest players I've ever seen.

A bit emotional but probably the most accurate of all posts.

To a man they were dreadful. Every single one of them.

Gordon 4 - another 3 goals conceded.

Smith 1 - worst game for the club.

Halkett 2 - handball in injury time summed his performance up.

Berra 2 - needs taking out the side, badly.

Kingsley 3 - poor.

Irving 4 - poor decision making today.

Halliday 2 - anonymous, again.

GMS 2 - abysmal.

Naismith 2 - pathetic performance.

Frear 1 - standard Frear performance.

Boyce 4 - scored 2 but performance was poor.

Popescu 1 - horrendous.

Walker 2 - should have scored but half hearted.

Ginnelly 4 - good cross for the goal.

Agree with all of this. My sentiments with Smith exact same. Harsh only on Boyce as was fed scraps but still managed 2 goals. Best player today was Jamie MacDonald, the saves he produced were top notch, any other goalie in this league they were in and we all slightly happy.

Aye, Jamie played a stormer today. Hopefully spill a few midweek.

Fair point on Boyce but thought his all round play was really poor. I suppose if the rest of the team do their jobs then Boyce is the match winner.

Macdonald was terrific today - that save from Smith was spectacular. Kennedy was outstanding as well - I think it was him that skinned Kingsley for the first pen; skinned Smith for the second pen then skinned Halkett for the third. Kind of performance I was hoping / expecting from GMS today.

Very surprised and disappointed by how little impact he had on this game.

Boyce's passing in the first half was noticeably poor.

I assume he wasn’t fully fit last week, started on the bench, and certainly didn’t look fully fit today.

Not using him as a scapegoat but Popescu should never feature in a first team squad again. The sooner RN susses out that Halkett is a liability the better. Kingsley was shite at the back today as well. Smith garbage for 45 minutes too.

He was always capable of saves like the ones he pulled off. Not so good when the ball was straight at him as he continually pushed the ball back to a Striker. Pity no one on the Hearts set up checked his weaknesses....

Unfortunately, and despite the fact that he’s been much lauded on here, the reality is that Smith is bang average at full back. All his best games have been in central defence.

Been saying since the middle of last season he should be used at centre half. Not sure who would play RB at the moment if we played him there though.

best in the land

The whole defence can't defend.

3 poor Central defenders.

Full backs good going forward but not great defending.

And a useless defensive midfielder in halliday.

Mac had a point to prove today at Tynie,  a really good keeper, he should not be playing at this level. If the saves were made in the English Champs it'd be meltdown on SKYsports with Tweets firing out their .................................................
