I actually thought he was quiet and never did much.  I also think he has been poor since January. However, we won so all good.

Game changer when he came on. Linked up well and everyone picked up a gear.

Robbie played a blinder keeping him under wraps until tonight 👏👏👏

No way i8!! As soon as he stepped on the pitch the game swung in our favour.

Loved that he took the armband.

Very much our best and most important player.

His footballing brain means he doesn't have to have the legs he once used to.

Nope. He changed the balance of the game. Thought he was excellent and more like his old self. Having him and Haring to bring on was a big advantage for us and changed the game.

Won us so many free kicks. Held the ball well. Couple of stray passes aside showed exactly why writing him off is stupid.

Great to see him celebrating with the manager at the end too

Have to say Haring, too makes a massive difference to us going forward

You need to watch the game again. Our front 4 became a danger the second he stepped on the park.

Not on game thread, you lack fight and passion unlike the Jambos

Whereas you have impeccable taste in music, my friend.

Very vocal and we needed a voice. Collum was just starting to enjoy himself when he came on and although he couldn't stop the vermin penalty because Madden gave that, he was nicely in about Collum at every opportunity.

That'll do for me.

I would start him ahead of Walker next game.

Horses for courses

It would appear Naismith was held back for this game , worked a treat

Thought Walker's game suffered a bit the way we played first half

Hes done enough this season to show he'll be important for us

Proved that he should be in ahead of Walker when fit.

Spot on, Walker was poor, ok at our level of league but way too slow and makes the wrong decision constantly.
Naismith changed the game today, as he should.

Gorgie Boot boy

Naisy has had his demons to face. Sure he has not hit the heights he would want to but come on who is going to begrudge him a bit of happiness.

I thought he was a pain in the arse to Hibs when he came on

Anyone who has played football knows how hard it is to get on it when you have had niggles and struggles to get on the training pitch.

Having Pete and Naisy on the pitch again at the same time.

That is why it was all smiles.

Gives the lads who are coming back a great inspiration to be part of it all. Makes you train work fight that bit harder.

Also gives me a fresh attitude to succeed in getting back on my feet.

Some respect is due.

We looked a different side when he came on. Started to pass and keep possession. Thought his link up play was tremendous

Big game player ... made a big difference and good to see him back In the side

Harring was good today but Naismith was the difference maker from the second he came on.

The White Cockade

Substitutions changed the game as Hibs were looking likely winners at that point

Naisy still nowhere near his best but changed the game with his attitude and nous

Gets the other players to move up a gear and really bosses the game

If we can keep big Pete fit he will be massive for us this season and hopefully a few more after that

When he came on the game changed. He was very smart winning us fouls too.

100%. And there were a few. Clever clever player. Just hope we can keep him fit and he gets a good run at it this year. Still think he is such an important influence for us on and off the pitch.

Hmmm not so sure. He did okay when he came on but the real difference was not him it was Wighton going up top and Haring coming on.

I have probably in my head written Naismith off but I am hopeful to be proved wrong.

Changing shape changed the game. Naisy and Haring made a difference but the shape change was the biggest difference. Great game management from Robbie.

Glamorgan Jambo

He did well. Haring coming on and moving Lee onto the wing where he could still provide decent balls into attacking areas but was less likely to give the ball away in dangerous areas helped hugely too.

Need to keep working him into the team gradually if his hamstrings are still likely to give.

The best thing about Naisey and Haring’s performances was neither was fully match fit. Both mis-weighted passes but they still massively influenced the game.
THERE IS MORE TO COME FROM THEM!!!!!!
