Jamboelite Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 The most important signing in years. We wouldnt have finished within the bottom 3 last year if he had been there. Quote

Well done big man! Quote

AlimOzturk Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 Gordon clearly keeps himself in top condition and he looks like he is still in his twenties. Obviously over those horrible injuries that actually stopped him moving into elite status. He could still turn out for any top team in the world and. It look out of place. He is that good. When we played against Dundee the creaming that Charlie Adam was getting was beyond belief. Considering he wasn’t even the biggest name player on the pitch - he is a class below Gordon. Quote
Hairdryer Posted October 24, 2020 Posted October 24, 2020 When you look at the performance of Jordan Pickford for Everton Craig Gordon could still be playing in England’s top league Quote

Didn't even take his cut from the deal; left it for the Academy (who knows what happened to that money). We got him back on a free transfer (I hope he got something out of that). It's ridiculous how lucky we are to have him as one of our own; another term that gets bandied about far too easily but is accurate with us and this fella. He'd just won the cup when he last left; he couldn't do it again ... could he? If he does you can add him to the list of those deserving of a statue, if he isn't already on that list. I still can't believe that triple save against Sparta Prague. would join Rudi with two winners medals if we do win the cup Quote

DS98 Posted October 25, 2020 Posted October 25, 2020 He’s probably one of the main reasons I’m confident about Saturday. Hibs know they’re not getting any shitey soft goals, they’ll need to do something special to beat him. Quote
tian447 Posted October 25, 2020 Posted October 25, 2020 He's a cracking keeper, and I couldn't be happier with him in goals. It's actually amazing that we have a goalkeeper of such high standard! The confidence that he gives at the back is an amazing asset, both for the fans and the team. He is absolutely the difference between 3 points and 1 or 0 every week. Quote

Penrices left boot Posted October 27, 2020 Posted October 27, 2020 He's made a good save in every game at an Important stage. Last season we'd have conceded and the whole game changes. He's a massive upgrade on last season and in general a very good gk. Conngrats to him as well! Quote
