rossi_1983
Mr Whippy's is crap, but if you get proper Italian soft ice cream then it is unbeatable. Luca's over Mr Whippy any day, but its only second best overall!

Luca's over Mr Whippy any day, but its only second best overall! Italian ice cream is unbelievable. I went to Rome recently and, yeah the Colloseum and Tivoli Fountain were good (I'd rather see Tynie and smell the brewery) but the ice cream was beyond belief. Much like I'd imagine tasting a cloud with Jesus throwing nice stuff on it. It was pretty good. But then Mr Whippy's better than a kick in the face when you've been shopping with the missus on an afternoon.

King of the North
Did you know that Mr Whippy ice cream was invented by Thatcher? FACT. http://www.elegantchaos.com/node/178 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_cream So alongside the dismantling of British Industry, the erosion of trade unions and rights for workers, the mass privatisation of public bodies and the implosion of society, we can add the invention of inferior ice cream. Cow.
