Hamilton won 4:1 but Kirk wasn’t a scorer and was subbed at 83 mins. I’ve no idea how well he performed, but glad to see him get a start. BigAlim
In hindsight Hamilton was a poor choice for Kirk, they already have a couple of their own young strikers who they would obviously prioritise. I’m not sure how he could have forced himself into the team given the lack of minutes

Beat Airdrie 4-0 at home. He's doesn't look like a CDM so far. Booked 😔

He isn't slow by pace but by movement and quick thinking he's lucky not to be sent off. Showing good power and dribbling, some passing. Nothing impressive. I would have preferred to see him get involved defending more.

Bazzas right boot
Not a plastic pitch fan, but that pitch is good, far better a surface than Morton. Puts killies and Livingstons to shame.

Was great when we played them because there was moisture on it so the ball was skipping off the surface.

Mikey1874
It was a very good, sustained period of pressure by Partick. Played the ball around well. Airdrie conceded possession playing the ball out from back so Partick also did well to put good pressure on. A clear yard offside but when you can't get good officials. Ref should have given it offside let alone the linesman.
