Although I think football should take note from Rugby and the penalty try option. Rangers would have got the goal automatically and Killie would get a yellow card - and we get on with the game. How can he not be interfering with play at that point? It's the same offside position he runs in from, to challenge for the ball, resulting in a penalty and red card.
