Tweets are allowed if you are a journalist.    However there doesn’t seem to be any as yet

Disappointed in Scottish Journos not live tweeting this. Poor show.

0-0 all over it.

We won’t get saved from relegation or get 10 million compensation from this process

All that will happen as that they will take a look at reconstruction in the future

We just have to get ready for the Championship and ensure we get out first time imo

Would be in contempt of court if they did.

This guy Borland seems an aggressive sort of player.  Hearts and Partick playing the long game though and I expect he will run out of steam in the 2nd or 3rd half.

Second leg today, looking forward to it, think we'll have more of the ball and put a few away.

Natural Order, Order...Order!🔨

Biggest revelation I took yesterday was

Uniteds QC admitting the SPFL did in fact receive the Dundee vote and 4.48pm

Surely Thomson should be all over this today

Really concerned that this is going to be one big humiliation for us.

In what way would it be humiliating? Standing up for yourself is quite the opposite, actually.

And if we don't get what we want because the SPFL would rather argue semantics, hide truth, cover tracks and play games, instead of actually looking after some of their clubs, clubs which have acted with nothing but good faith and dignity. Well, even in defeat, its them who've been shown up.

So beat it.

Not sure about that, definite waste of time though.

Nothing humiliating about getting off your knees and fighting for what you believe in.

You'd be the first to complain if we hadn't went down the legal route and just accepted it.

It was Moynihan for the SPFL rather than Borland for the 3 clubs.

I’m not sure its that startling a revelation in itself, the fact the vote was received is indisputable, the legal argument will centre on whether the vote was irrevocable... and hopefully that is the legal argument that will see this case heard in court rather than via arbitration.

Absolutely.

Even if we lose the fact that we fought, has galvanised and reunited the support, which is a much greater win than anything the court can deliver.

It's quite complex, probably better for you not to worry about it till its all over.

Complex being an understatement.

Arbitration should not be the route here as this is a business law hearing not a football dispute hearing. I think we all need to hold on to that and believe that Lord Clark will be the final arbiter of the dispute and not some blazers at Hampden who want to destroy us.

Getting pre match nerves now.

I reckon Dave will turn the game on it's head.

We néed the Stendel press tho, can't sit back, need to attack.

Attack, attack, attack... Attack, attack!

Tbf, we are here to determine if that's the case or not.

Fingers crossed.

Going to court is always a bit of a lottery but the main thing surely is to do what we think is right and not sit back and be rolled over by Doncaster and his dubious mates. As one poster put it accurately, the SPFL is governed by bowling club committee types.

Quick one-two from Thompson has Hearts in front.  SPFL pegged back in desperate defence.
