Not true. Over stayed welcome,  made a project for himself,  monotonous safe football,  are the gripes. Over reliance and undroppable players.

Sound familiar?

I’d take him right now.. some stability required

He would offer that,  not something that Hearts fans seem entirely keen on.

Less risk averse us lot

I agree he has never said a bad word about our club which would suggest he sees us as the genuine 3rd biggest club in the country and would like a shot at managing.

Sadly, he is now outwith our price bracket

Like everyone else, he'll have to face the reality that future contracts will be at a much lower pay scale for a long, long time to come - even his next Dons contract.  He might even be asked by Cormack to take a chunky pay cut on his current one !!

He'd jump at the chance to become manager of Heart of Midlothian.

He’d have to engineer himself out of Pittodrie for nothing first. He’s on a big wedge there and we couldn’t afford the compensation.

He would be a great appointment IMO.

Not likely to happen whilst he is under contract though.

True, unless they were keen to get that chunky contract off their books.

Not sharing a link to it but good to know not everyone is a lap dog.

Yet they still intend to vote against reconstruction

Aye Andy Walker and Stewart also sticking up for us.

I don't like this new world.

I think Michael Stewart always sticks up for us. I can't think of any criticism he's leveled at Hearts which hasn't been justified and he certainly doesn't sneer, like most other commentators.

Strange behaviour during this whole episode by Aberdeen. Saying a lot of the right things and appearing to take a moral stance, then voting against that stance every time. You can only assume they are conflicted and the person doing the talking isn’t the person deciding how they vote. Hopefully, they’ll come onside at some point. Would make a real difference.

I thought the sheep along with the two arse cheeks were the teams pushing this final attempt so why would they vote against it?

Back to 2005

At some point we are just going to have to attempt to get back to normal. Keep the vulnerable away from as much risk as possible and let the rest of us have some sort of life.
