My top five are Penne, Rigatoni, Tagliatelle, Bucatini and good old Spaghetti. Add your favourites sauces too though! Linguine, or bust. Mutti is a great brand of pasata as well. 500g of lamb mince, 500g of beef mince, carrots red onions herbs and peppers Whacko You'll never got past(a) that dish. Fry up some thinly sliced chunks of pork with some chopped sage. Add a bit of lemon juice and Worcester sauce for a bit of taste and bang it all together. Cracking healthy meal in about 8 minutes. Cade
Gnocchi don't need much embellishing, just some sage leaves fried in butter until crisp and a wee shaving of parmesan over the top.

Might just be a trade name in the packet rather than a bonefide pasta like penne or fusilli. Been out of stock. Def not fusilli. Never heard of Bucati one. Is that not a car? ;-). More floury taste and as I say dense. And distinctive corkscrew shape. Name may be a variation of the word spiral.
