Lets see what the NHS really have to say about it and not the media. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/873724/Weekly_all_cause_mortality_surveillance_week_12_2020_report.pdf All good apart from the part where it explains that the data is not up to date due to changes in their IT system. Let's see what it says in the next week or two Edit: Apologies, I read it wrong. Interesting data. By interesting I mean when it's showing the weeks ahead info. We already know there were very few deaths 8 days ago, but we also know that cases and deaths are ramping up on a scary scale.

It frankly staggers me that people can't see propganda when it's in your face every day you turn on a screen or read a newspaper. Sorry if that goes against your subjective world view...Yeah a barbecue sounds great at your place...still a wee bit chilly here in Scotland. ****ing idiot. Ray Gin
Lets see what the NHS say to it? The NHS say they are running out of beds and it is like a war zone. Intensive care capacity will be breached by the end of the month. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/23/hospitals-likened-to-war-zones-as-doctors-prepare-to-make-grim-decisions

Don Dan
My daughter in-law who is a doctor in A&E spoke to us this morning. She has been on holiday and when she starts back said that for the near future she won’t be coming close to us in case she inadvertently infects us. I am also concerned as my son is type1 diabetic and although he is a big health young man I still have concerns about him. Also my grandson too although he is a very healthy boy. A difficult but very understandable situation now as we all need to act and take this thing seriously. It will help us stay virus free where possible. Jambo-Jimbo
Had to go out today to hand my repeat prescription into my local chemist. This was the first time in the last 8 days that I've been up to our main street and what a difference that time has made. Only a few shops open and very few people out and about, and who was out and about were respecting the 2 metres rule, shops were only allowing 1 person in at a time, and the few people out were standing 2 metres apart in a queue. Seemed really strange but was really pleased that everybody here was following the rules.

Marvin
I am supposed to be self isolating but had to top my electric key up. The streets of Bath are quiet with a handful of shops open. I'm still required to stay inside but had no choice but to nip out earlier. The whole town is like something out of a George Orwell novel.
