So being born does not result in death?...right you are then...not an ounce of self discernment going on in this place. Just parroting what the media and goverment(who would never lie to you) are telling you, sharing it on social platforms and helping in ramping up the fear...well done.

Lets see what the NHS really have to say about it and not the media.

All good apart from the part where it explains that the data is not up to date due to changes in their IT system.

Let's see what it says in the next week or two

Edit: Apologies, I read it wrong.

Interesting data. By interesting I mean when it's showing the weeks ahead info.

Well yeah, but that's reviewing data up to 15th March, 8 days ago.

We already know there were very few deaths 8 days ago, but we also know that cases and deaths are ramping up on a scary scale.

Yeah fear porn Morgan

You think any Goverment (look up the defintion of the word 'Govern' and 'Mental') give a shiny shite about your health or anyone elses?...you know the one's that would send you off to fight wars that they create in the first place and have proven to lie about to start one...they guys? It frankly staggers me that people can't see propganda when it's in your face every day you turn on a screen or read a newspaper. Sorry if that goes against your subjective world view...Yeah a barbecue sounds great at your place...still a wee bit chilly here in Scotland.

The NHS say they are running out of beds and it is like a war zone. Intensive care capacity will be breached by the end of the month.

Community hubs are now being set up and all GP practices are commiting staff to them to deal with corona cases.

( self employed morons that we are!)

We are all volunteering to help out at massive risk to ourselves.

And STILL the town has people milling about

Seems if you cannot see the threat it does not exist.

Astonishing that someone could be so cynical and so unashamedly selfish.

You sound like one of those conspiracy theory nuts. What’s your view on vaccines and the flat earth theory?

My daughter in-law who is a doctor in A&E spoke to us this morning. She has been on holiday and when she starts back said that for the near future she won’t be coming close to us in case she inadvertently infects us. I am also concerned as my son is type1 diabetic and although he is a big health young man I still have concerns about him. Also my grandson too although he is a very healthy boy.
A difficult but very understandable situation now as we all need to act and take this thing seriously. It will help us stay virus free where possible.

Jambo-Jimbo

Had to go out today to hand my repeat prescription into my local chemist.

This was the first time in the last 8 days that I've been up to our main street and what a difference that time has made.

Only a few shops open and very few people out and about, and who was out and about were respecting the 2 metres rule, shops were only allowing 1 person in at a time, and the few people out were standing 2 metres apart in a queue.

Seemed really strange but was really pleased that everybody here was following the rules.

That’s good to hear.

I think generally the majority are doing their bit.

They do, but that doesn't shift news. Crisis does.

I am supposed to be self isolating but had to top my electric key up. The streets of Bath are quiet with a handful of shops open. I'm still required to stay inside but had no choice but to nip out earlier. The whole town is like something out of a George Orwell novel.
