If it makes you feel better, in 1984/85 we finished 7th - behind Dundee and St Mirren. I assume you know what happened the next season with the same manager, same owner and 90% the same players.

Amd that has what to do with Budge?

Budge supported Hibs back then anyway.

Highlights.

(Best pitch in league in some state...one for another thread, few 100k v. near million but at least ok some of season)

That almost looked like one of our matches. Lots of goals and most of them coming from terrible defending. The only real difference was the keepers actually making a few saves!!!

Hdlaky doesn't exactly look brilliant in those clips.

I'm sure I read that statistically, he's one of the worst keepers in the league in relation to distribution, saves and crosses caught.

Defending by both teams , including goalkeepers , was worthy of us this season. Can't decide if this is a positive or not

Last one a definite own goal it looks like, credited to Campbell for now

Agree Dave! Surviving in the league is all that matters this season then a massive summer ahead rebuilding

Aye and Daniel surviving to oversea the rebuilding.

Wasn't St Mirren's 3rd described as a great counter attacking goal? Seems like they messed it up but got lucky.

Absolutely! We've got the correct man in my opinion

In-play betting at it's finest!  Well done!  In-play definitely has more of a pay-out than the 2-1 odds at the start.

Thanks. You're right, there is little value in pre match betting so I stick to in-play.

We’ve sunk pretty low getting excited about St Mirren being held to ET in the hope that it will leave them disadvantaged.  I hope to god this feeling is temporary 😢.

Only one to sink low is our team, if we stay up due to other results then who cares, we are in the toils just now.

Been watching football far too long not to realise that one game has absolutely no affect on the next.  In many ways I am glad St Mirren didn't get pumped at Well as our players need to be under no illusions of the task on Friday night.
