I think St Johnstone are going to implode the rest of the season. 16-1 to finish bottom

Yep

That’s great odds

If Liverpool draw tonight they will have the same points total of Manchester United and Spurs combined before the end of January

A win of course gives them 2 points more than the combined stragglers at this stage

Get the impression the goals have dried up for Ross County, good at the back and well organised but this is the 4th game (so far) without a goal. We know better than anyone what a lack of goals does to your season.

They've comfortably conceded the most goals in the league this season.

Which seems to be something they were trying to rectify at the expense of much attacking threat.

Their last 4 prior to facing the old firm where

0-0

0-1

1-1

1-2

Averaging a goal a game against and 0.5 for.

6 points separating bottom 6 teams. Nows our big chance to move up

:spoton:

Top six is a pipe dream at the moment, but seventh is there for the taking unless half our team get crocked.

Watching this StJohnstone v Celtic match here, it occurs to me how annoying Scottish football is.

Celtic could play 3/whatever academy players, and do that.

But this is like shooting fish in a barrel,

First half yes...second half dire

New pension deal in the bag, downs tools and says thanks I’ll enjoy the remaining years milking the fund.

I think that is why it is annoying me.What chance do St J have to do anything in this match

Celtic have made 3 subs, 14 players. And about 8 of those are non-academy. It's annoying to me here , tonight.

St J are relatively, very poor.

Would you have preffered that st j won?

To be fair 6 academy players in the match day squad is pretty good.

Maybe.

I'm aiming at a point.

It just seems like that game tonight was 100% predictable.

Celtic spent their big budget, St J spent their tiny budget.

Is that what football is?

and, I am still annoyed at Celtic and Rangers Academies reality. If they are less likely to play young players, then they ought to be disadvantaged somehow.

The short answer is yes.

yes, football is like this

annoying none the less, with Glasgow/Celtic/Rangers advantages that don't need to be here

I get what you're saying but the Falkirk fans will be saying the same about us hopefully next week.
