I want to see balance, a bit control and a style of play forming. Running about and working hard hasn't been an issue for me, it's the general shape of us along with mistakes. Not to mention our lack of goals, but for me that's down to balance, style, cohesion and confidence. Basically being a team that all knows what it's doing. Get a style and formation and practice it.
