In my experience things like this are crucial to help remind, retain and communicate important aspects of the persons identity. Lovely to see a genuinely good guy making such a difference to people’s care. Hopefully there’s still someone around that can take me back to 19/5/12 when my memory begins to fade, assuming I’ve still got some hair.
