chimpos Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 Why is it that a bag that has the hardest job of all, carrying the heaviest things from a shop, is the puniest, thinnest, weakest piece of junk that ever existed. by the time you get home (200 yards for me) i need a surgeon to sew my fingers back on. thats if i manage to get the cans and bottles home without the bag bursting and spewing the contents all over the road. Offy carrier bags really grind my gears..... suppose i could take my own eco friendly bag, but **** that i'm planning to get wasted and die young so i don't care about the effects of the bags, and wheather a bird might get it's scrawny little neck wrung by them. anyway just wanted to get that off my chest after another painfull walk home from the offy. They are quality, agreed, but the rubbish you have to put in them takes the edge of them. still they are number 1 so far. lets start a top ten carrier bag list?
