There was a great cross near end of half and no one there. Clare and Djoum should be creating but offered very little. Morrison did okay but that was about it. Fortunate to be only 1-0 down. Caught narrow, Brandon and Morrison giving them too much space, Mulraney caught out at the far post. We’re actually trying to build from the back and play football but absolutely **** all between Vanecek and the midfield. Big Van’s done fine, should have buried that chance and Djoum should have buried that rebound. Still 45 minutes to go, plenty of time but we need to create much more chances. Morrison and Mulraney's crossing is awful and Vanecek has played a couple of lovely balls Mulraney which he has completely failed to anticipate. Brandon started very positively but has fallen away slightly. Morrison is an enigma, in that you can't fault his endeavour and he gives us width, but his end product is awful. No build up from the middle despite having 3 cm's. They are either picking the ball up from within ten yards of Berra or hiding. Leaving our awful crossing as our only creative idea. There was a huge build up to his coming here and how he might be the final piece of the jigsaw etc but it’s just not worked out. If we dont finish 4th and get to the cup final he shouldnt be anywhere near tynecastle next season. We have been terrible for months. Was going to go through today but just cant be bothered watching us floundering around at teams others in the top 4 or 5 are regularly pumping.
