When I got to paying I suddenly remembered the last time I used this they mucked up my order big time. Was a couple of years ago though. I hope they got some better staff in. Yes the service has improved a great deal, most deliveries take just 2 days from ordering,they use parcelforce next day signed delivery,you can see by the new layout the site is much better,and i do beleive they have some much better staff in.
