A game at last - just a shame it’s Livi as I quite fancied Vanecek getting a hat- trick in his first game. Definitely won’t happen today - I’ll take a scuffed toe-poke!

Long term injured players coming back into squad, warm weather training camp, new signing likely to start, not played at Tynecastle since 26th December, first game since beating the shite, key player signs extension to contract, should be a decent crowd, feel good factor returning...

For me this has a strong victory for us written all over it.

3 or 4 goals to us with Vanecek getting on the score sheet.

Buzzing for this game ‘mon the Hearts.

I think Clare had his best performance in a Hearts strip at Easter Road and has incrementally improved from a poor start, I think we need to persevere with him until he hits full fitness and we really see what he can offer. Agree regarding game time for Keena, hopefully we put Livingston to the sword and Keena can get on second half for Vanacek or Naismith.

Agree with you Clare played well at Easter road and think long term he'll come good

Don't think Levein can drop Clare after saying that Easter Road was his best game in a Hearts strip. What would that do for the lad's morale?

Can’t help but feel that Keena is going to play at some point today and really surprise us. I think he will be full of confidence after a successful loan spell and with Vanecek here now he can develop quietly with most of the spotlight on Dave

So would I. Honestly thought Clare was awful at Easter Road. Thought it might’ve been harsh until I watched it back on tv. He was ropey at best. Looks very unfit.

Strong, options going to be the difference from now on in, we've also got player's to come back from injury and a few youngsters to step in

Agreed. After his heroics against Hibs, it's difficult to see what he's done wrong

Dikamona will come on after an hour for Clare (for some reason)  HEarts will be 2-0 up anyway so not matter :)

He played through an injury we all thought would keep him out against Hibs, maybe he's just getting some kid glove treatment now we have Shaughnessey ready to come in.

Hope you're right Tart. A bit of a kick in the nuts otherwise.

Looks a strong side. Not too happy about Dikamona getting benched though. Can only hope its just fitness because that would be really disappointing for him.

Also how ****ing pale is Shaughnessey in that team picture :D

Fingers crossed we can get an early goal and make Livi have to come out and play.

Levein loves his lobsided midfield - Morrison right winger, Djoum probably hung out again on the left.

Vanecek will take a couple of markers with him though, so maybe we'll see some space being created and it won't be congested on the left.

Clare should be nowhere near the team for this game.

However he is playing so he needs to get the finger out and show us what he can do!!!

He has one great game and now folk want to give Dikamons a game ( would have to be a back three at home to Livvy lol. I think godinho if fit unlucky not to be on bench. When you think who is missing we have a big squad but not enough quality a few would have to go before anyone comes in.

Mon the JT's lets book our place in the draw with a comfortable win please!

The big mans debut. Can't wait to see him and Uche with Naismith in behind.

Looking forward to Morrison running at their defence today aswell.
