This isn't seen as a derby down here no matter what Sky say. Likewise when Wolves play Villa or Brum there isn't the same edge when they're playing Baggies although it gets tasty when Wolves play the Blues simply because their fans are massive dickheads. IMHO the referee was in such a position as not to see the handball, of which there were 2 in the incident as seen from behind the goal, and the linesman could not tell from his position either.
