Indeed, makes a mockery of feminism. They found a pay gap in doctors too. Mainly to do with the fact men work full time , overtime and didn't take year long career breaks, but they don't seem to get this. if the NHS offered me 6 months full paid paternity leave per child I'd be all over it!
