Hi all,

A hugely important mental health initiative for men is launching at HMFC next week. Please see info below and at links provided or check the Big Hearts Twitter timeline.

Join us at Tynecastle Park to kick-off The Changing Room with Heart of Midlothian FC.

The Changing Room* uses football to bring men aged 30-64 together to tackle their problems. In the stadiums, in the stands, in the online chat rooms, even in the queue for pie and Bovril if you want, we need guys to feel able to open up.  We know talking helps - not just about next week’s fixtures but about what’s really going on in your head. Men need to get the stuff that’s bothering them off their chests. The Changing Room is here to do this.

The Changing Room is offers a unique environment where men can open up without fear of judgement, while having a laugh at the same time. Find out more, come along and hear;

  • about the programme and how you can get involved
  • why The Changing Room matters and the difference the programme can make
  • Christophe Berra encourage men to get involved and support The Changing Room

*The first Changing Room project was established at Hibernian FC and launched in April 2018, with funding from Movember Foundation.

https://www.samh.org.uk/

? Christophe Berra will be present at 'The Changing Room' launch on Wed. 17 Oct. along with @SAMHtweets, @MovemberUK & @SPFLTrust.

Male supporters are invited to come along & find out more about the initiative.... To attend: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-changing-room-big-hearts-kick-off-tickets-50774513938
