Has anyone on JKB actually tried this stuff, and is it as good as I hear it is? Sorry but Ratcatcher doesn't have much willpower when it comes to fags (not the gay fags!) so I'd love to hear if anyone has tried this stuff. It doesn't stop you wanting a smoke as such, but it makes smoking extra unpleasant... therefore forcing you to suck it up and deal with it I guess. Takes a wee while to start working and I think your doc will monitor the levels of carbon monoxide in your lungs to make sure you're not bullsh**ting.
