Hires a local team and it is surprisingly easy to get to the top of the league, crowds surge in, VR is the talk of the town and lord of all he surveys..Plans for new stadium, banks, international youth development Phase II When you are a King (with Roman as the king-to-be) It's easy to run an SPL winning team, too easy. The team begins to falter, a draw at Parkhead a near loss at Falkirk, the league Cup exit. VR wants to be a bit of a football manager too. Advise to Burley, pushing of Miko and Jankauskas to play, doesn't like the style of brellier, doesn't like the drinking and mixing with agents of Burley. Doesn't like the 'flash the cash' habits of Anderton.
