Gigolo-Aunt Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 Just heard of SSN that Turkey have potentially only 11 players fit due to injury and suspension. UEFA are expected to call an emergency meeting. Anyone know what can/will happen if all the injuries etc are approved after medical checks? Was asking if anyone has seen this in football in days gone by and what was the outcome?. Cant rememeber this myself happening in a tournament so far down the line. The Old Tolbooth Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 I cant see them being allowed to draft more in GA, it's their own fault they are riddled with suspensions and the reason a squad size is 23 (I think) players is to take into account injuries and suspensions.
