Or, the SFA and Hearts have come to an agreement not to include him due to his first team commitments at Hearts.

Hopefully, even just to learn from Robertson. Although if Alan McLaren can mark Baggio out of the game as an 18 year old Hearts player, I'm sure Hickey could cope against Israel.

Yea  I agree, thing that makes me think he will not be is I would have thought they would have included Gilmour.
