Ticket Office News for Motherwell Game

Sounds like there could be say 1,500-2,000 people still not received their tickets for Sunday so the TO is going to be ridiculously busy when it opens at 10am.

 

When someone manages to get in/through on the phone can you post any news here so that others can know what's going on. 

 

Questions that I'd like answered are:

 

1. Will the ticket office be open tomorrow morning for picks ups?

 

2. Will there be a pop-up ticket off at Fir Park for collections before the game there.

 

3. Will they be reprinting tickets currently lost in the postal system.

In answer to this one:

 

No post has been uplifted from Tynecastle since Wednesday so might not be as high a number of tickets “lost”

Open from 9am - 11am tomorrow and looking to get as many people picking tickets up as possible to cause as least hassle as possible on Sunday morning/afternoon before the game.

If your tickets are not delivered today in post, phone ticket office with details and they will arrange reprints to be collected at motherwell.

Yep, what this poster said. Been in to get mine and asked the above questions - they said they'll do reprints but you must contact them with the details by 11am tomorrow, otherwise there's nothing they can do.
