I've been a season ticket holder since moving back from London 5years ago and have been at the same seat and address since yet: 1. They got my seat number wrong. 2. They got my address wrong. I now apparentley reside in Dumbarton according to HMFC. They only had to get 3 things right, name, address, seat number. They got 2 wrong. Impressive ineptitude levels there. Thank you.
