ArmiyaRomanova
Having made several unsuccessful attempts to quit smoking (one lasting three years!), I'm intent on trying again - and cold turkey doesn't work for me. Not looking for your suggestions as to what I do (I've tried most things over the years). But I've just come across the following and I'm considering trying it out. Anyone used this already? Your thoughts if you have? http://www.supersmoker.com/en/ http://www.supersmokeronline.nl/index.php?language=UK

I know a guy who does this and he says he has around an 80% success rate with smokers (I think that's the figure quoted)

Chuck Berry
I've never smoked, but ex-smokers have said that Champix is the dugs baws, and worked for every one of them (as long as you;re not a physco!)
Jam Tarts 1874
This inhaler from supersmoker looks expensive compared to the Nicorette inhaler: http://www.nicorette.co.uk/inhalator/ I had smoked for about 25 years, I used this inhaler for about 3-4 weeks and it worked a treat, I have not had a cigarette for 3 and a half years. Sherlock
After about 20 years as a smoker, i've been clean for 3 1/2 months now. 9 weeks of patches done the trick for me.
Helzibob
My mum got one of those off the internet, she smokes about 20 a day. Anyway, she says it was rubbish but then again I don't think she gave it a proper go.
