One thing around this I did notice was that the additional ?100 to guarantee a freeze for 3x seasons was taken once from my adult and and once for my 10 year old sons ticket. While it's my own fault for not picking up on this earlier, it seems a bit messed up to pay a ?100 freeze payment on a kids ticket that costs ?55 per season in any case.
