Players that do well and show the right attitude can then stake a claim for the first team. It's a test a character too and if they aren't interested then they don't deserve to play in the first team or for the matter be at the club. At the moment if first team players are not playing in the first team they are doing hee haw and just sitting about waiting for a chance to play. They are then not match fit when they get their opportunity. Young players would still be playing alongside experienced players which is surely better than getting beat most weeks and teaching guys how to lose. Winning is a habit we want to have.
