On the other hand the Belerusian guy has probably not even been approached - he used to be manager at Kaunas and that is as good as an appointment at Hearts according to some newspapers. We need to start signing some british talent. We have around 15 million in the bank from transfers such as Gordon, Bednar, Velicka.. We can buy a few half-decent players and who knows..? I'm pretty sure that he used to work for Hearts until he retired a couple of years ago (so probably has a very good source). He said that he was told that the Thor/Butcher leak to the Sun and the ****** had come from the SFA as Hearts had been in touch re. Butcher. Out of the 2 favourites Weiss has emerged as a clear front runner due to His European Record His Club acknowleding we had been in touch with them His apparent interview with Romanov this weekend He seems very happy to take the job There has been comments that he would choose us over his National Team Romanov would feel he would be more open to suggestion/manipulation than the other candidates Just my opinion though that I feel he would last a little longer than Thor Thor would take no S**t and has said so Him and Butcher would want to ditch half the non-tryers very quickly He ticks all the boxes but is very volatile Has been very vocal to the media which Romanov hates I think Thor and Butch would be very amusing as a double act but long term as it will get Weiss that will get the Nod out of the two.
