connlach
I am on holiday at my holiday home in Germany from the 24th for 2 weeks. I had planned to go on the 25th but our friends in Germany have organised something for that night (I'm sure my wife did this on purpose ) but hopefully I will be there on the 29th July as long as the game is near Frankfurt and not in Saarbruken as previously discussed as we are in Eastern Germany. We will have to organise a pub somewhere locally to meet up!
WorldChampions1902
These games take place just a few days after my trip with Manchester Hearts to Contalmaison so I'm looking into the possibility of at least getting to the first match of the German Tour. There is a thread floating about where JamboBG (Branimir Kostadinov's younger brother) had detailed the dates of at least 2 of them Tom, cannot remember the thread title though (think it might have been the name of one of the teams possibly). The Kaiserslautern game is being played in Marburg, been confirmed pretty much everywhere apart from the official site (top communication as ever, thanks for the help). Easily travellable from Frankfurt, as I think all the games are planned to be. Dunno on whereabouts of the other games as 25th is the only one I'm going to. As NT said above, us DFYL gents are basing ourselves in Frankfurt for varying lengths of time over the course of the week, travelling from there. Folk who go to plastic oirish boozers abroad are the sort who take their Heinz tomato ketchup with them to Spain and moan about 'all that foreign muck/oooh you can't get a good cuppa tea over here'. If you want to drink in an Irish bar, got to Ireland ffs. See you in the Kellerbrau Chimps. Miami Weisbaden.
