He scored a belter in their 2-1 win at Easter road first game of the season when hubs got relegated in 98. The other scorer was Tom Black, who played for st mirren but also had a short spell at hearts I'm sure. Was there with some hubs pals. Pishing myself! Tom Black didn't play for us. Tommy Wilson ex St Mirren did, although don't think he played. Joe Jordan signed a guy at the same time as Sharples called Gary Williams.
