The laddie says his PC is starting to run slower. He has run cc cleaner, I never trust all these bits of software.

I built the PC myself and run windows 7, upgraded to 10.

I put free Panda antivirus on which has now expired.

What's the recommendations, I am tempted to just run windows through it again (10 wouldn't be available though).

Superantispyware and malwarebytes are my go-to programs for removing shite. Run a defrag afterwards and see how it is after that.

windows 10 has its own anti virus, windows defender which should be always running anyway, just make sure its up to date. its in control panel

super anti spyware/malwarebytes great for anti spyware and you should run these at least once a week.

you shouldn't need to defrag with win10 so i'm lead to believe.

start/all apps/windows administration tools/disk clean up....run that should clean a lot of crap out.....defrag and optimise is here as well if you so wish to run it
