Rudi-Robertson
They go into admin, sell Dens to clear the debt. How many times will that be now? Once fair enough but this will be the third or fourth time now. Expel them from the league

Once fair enough but this will be the third or fourth time now. Expel them from the league They don't own Dens Park. That's the problem and why they want to move, as the owner is increasing the rent and basically holding a gun to the clubs head every season. Both Dundee clubs have won the league more recently than us. United reached a European Cup semi and a UEFA Cup final as they struggled in the same street as Dundee. ToadKiller Dog
Dundee haves 20 year lease of Dens to the former United director ( name I forget ),the would have to square him up before moving ,they can't just rebuild or move .

They'll need to strike some deal but I imagine the property developer benefits more from being able to sell the land to property developers (cash in now) than Dundee remaining tenants for the next 10-20 years so a good deal won't be that difficult. If you look at League winners from 1950 to 1965, there are seven different winners. Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Dundee, Kilmarnock, Rangers and Celtic. DxB Hearts
Said it on the other thread - just for the love of God please don't let it be a carbon copy of St Mirren park. No one has the money to build something of any substance anymore. In Scotland anyway. This is not particular to football either. Cheap shite !
