I haven't followed it much in the past, but the bar I was in a few nights ago had the Independiente vs Boca Juniors match and it was one of the most entertaining matches I've seen in a good long time. Lots of attacking, lots of pops at goals, some admittedly bad defending, but just great stuff. La Bombonera is an incredible stadium (probably one of the steepest in the world) and seeing a wee club from Ecuador deservedly win its way to the final through the cup holders and one of the Argentine giants made for fantastic watching. eduardo.j Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 I've had a few bets on Sao Paulo so I've watched some of their matches, they played at breakneck speed which I found odd for a Brazilian team, I really did fancy them to at least reach the final.
