Norm Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Although the focus in the media is pretty much on Daesh, the Nice attack and lots of other horrible shit in the world, I thought I might raise the profile of what was the longest civil war in the world looking like it might be finally coming to an end. The Colombian government, FARC and the various other paramilitary groups are finally laying down their weapons and appear to be serious in ending 50 years of conflict and over 200,000 deaths.
