Kick off postponed until 8:30 after the Man Utd bus gets tanned outside the ground by West Ham fans.

The 'big day' getting off to a classy start...

Apparently W Ham  chairman has had a go at Man U saying they should have got to the ground earlier - as reported on 5Live , according to my missus.

also sullivan has said there would be no damage to the bus as no attack

"There was congestion in the street and they couldn't get the coach in. There were people around the coach, but there was no attack on the coach.

It's ****ing painful watching Anton Ferdinand speak. Makes Yogi sound like Einstein.

All the legends on show tonight, Harewood, Anton...

Sullivan says it was Man Utd's fault. This guy would pick your pocket and then blame you for being outside in the first place.

Lot of smashed windows and videos of bottles etc thrown at coach by the neanderthals

Who would want him in charge of your club

So far I've seen two different videos. From a policing point of view , it's a total shambles and hopefully Man U will have something to say about this. The coach was totally exposed, stationary and at the mercy of a mob. No police moving in , one video actually shows police horses backing away from the rioting.

thought we'd got rid of this crap 30 years ago....

Wish i was around when there was the added buzz of potentially getting a bit of a rough ride on the way out on supporters buses and the likes.

Not condoning it by any means but rioting? The bus was pelted with missiles.

Buffalo Bill

Saw a clip of the bus getting pelted with dozens of beers bottles.

But it's just cheeky cockneys and Happy Hammers having fun, eh? At least they love their mums.

It's all a bit OTT, the way that sky were going on about the West Ham teams and the way they play football you would think it is Barcelona. Where the reality is it's much more Hibs

Really? Whereabout? How many European trophies have Hibs won? How many world cup winners have played for them? How many season ticket holders have they got? F'n Hibs!

West Ham are losing this. Not taken a host of chances. Everyone wants to score the last goal.

Surely the only fitting punishment is for West Hams next home game behind closed doors...

I thought there had been a riot, from they videos it's quite tame. Obviously the utd players were bothered!

Feckin knew it. I really like Antonio but the amount of goals we lose and he can be seen desperately trying to get back after going forward is criminal. He's not a right back.

You would have thought after the Spurs game that Man Utd would have made sure they got to the match early.

Great result for West Ham tonight, a cracking match too! Well deserved as they played the vermin off the park and had 21 shots on goal to their 3!

Sad to see the old ground go, another piece of footballing history lost forever.

Malinga the Swinga

Can they not just bring on old players, Moore's wife and the current Team. No need for Ben Shepherd to slaver his way through some crap and Bianca Westwood interviewing guys who are barely legends in their own houses, never mind the Boleyn ground.

It would have been more typical West Ham if they'd smashed up the coach and then lost 3-2 ...

But brilliant night and hats-off to the government: they might not have done much else right, but giving WHUFC a ?3/4 billion stadium, so they can compete with the north/west London scum, seems like good policy to me.

Hope Man U receive many more drubbings on the new premises

Just too long a goodbye,,,good filler for Sky though

Still I suppose they needed something to cover Manchester United's coach exit
