avhudtheteeshirt Posted January 28, 2016 Share Posted January 28, 2016 I remember with pride the after game procession from Tynecastle all the way along Dalry Road and on into Princess Street, it would be around 1965. I can remember everyone pushing out of the Gorgie Road terracing, and then en-mass singing and marching through the traffic using the whole road all the way to Princess Street. Nowadays it would be classed as a riot in the streets of Edinburgh, but then it happened after every game. I can even remember the same thing coming out of Easter Road over the wee bridge and out onto Easter Road singing and marching along London Road and up to the Waverley Station.
