Max Power Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 Had O2 since December, had a problem a couple of weeks ago with the wireless box giving up the ghost. Took only a few days to sort out, freephone number ideal for this plus they also phoned back with updates when they said they would. Their communication re changeover process,delivery,setup dates etc was absolutely spot on..by e-mail and sms. Absolutely no complaints.
